In peeling the surface of the skin it’s ‘peeled’ either by the laser or the chemical agents. After the procedure the old, tired skin exfoliates and the new skin is formed during several weeks from the basal layer of the epidermis. Despite laser peelings we also use the traditional chemical agents, for example- AHA-acids. The procedure is painless, and lasts for 30 minutes. The peelings are light, meaning that only the very superficial portion of the epidermis is renewed. Due to this the process is very safe and the recovery is immediate – however the peelings have to be performed 3 to 6 times, with 2 weeks in between the each treatment.

We also use TCA peelings (15%, 25%), or comibination peelings to treat the skin deeper.

With peelings one can treat superficial wrinkles, acne, rosacea, enlarged skin pores etc.
